Student University Accommodation (Off Campus)
You’re looking for student accommodation, but not too sure what options are open to you? For the majority of second, third, fourth year students campus accommodation will be reserved for first years but there are plenty of other forms of student accommodation available to you.
Student Flat Share
A student flatshare is the term used to describe it when two or more students share a flat together. The main benefit of this is that all of the costs (rent and bills) are split evenly between everyone living within the property. Within most university towns and cities, student flat shares are readily available.
Student House
A student house is simply a house that is shared by a number of students, sharing the cost of living evenly amongst its residents. Student houses are a great way to meet new friends and socialise. Student houses are also very common and available in the majority of university cities of the UK.
Student Bedsits
A bed sit is a property that combines the bedroom with the main living area with kitchen and bathroom and facilities. The downside to these are that they are less sociable and harder to come by as most landlords advertise student house shares over individual student bedsits.
